Well, it looks like the “vertical panorama” is catching on! :-) It’s not like it’s completely new, but let’s say the concept “started” at the PureViewClub with the shot I posted from Abdul Rehman.
I added my own modest contribution in this post where I shared one vertical panorama from a winter forest. And late this afternoon, I found this shot from @Massis_ from France in my timeline on Twitter, and I’m happy to share this Nokia 808 PureView shot here in the best resolution I can find: 600 x 1991 pixels :-)

Before the launch of pureview when i came across any camera phone, the very first question which came into my mind was that, whether I can really replace it with my point and shoot.but this myth of mine was broken by pureview 808, as its quality is even better than the quality of some DSLRs also.
I would want that the next successors of 808 must be ale to shoot 4k videos, super-sampling feature should also word with 38.3MP resolution and loseless zoom must be extended to 30X. AND DOSSENS OF KILLER FEATURES.
